The quote tool

The quote form collects your sex, birth date, self-rated wellness, tobacco use, desired coverage and term length. These inputs travel to carriers' quoting platform to fetch quotes and are not saved by this website. Name, residence, phone or email required to view quotes. Repeated identical searches may be retrieved from temporary cache to minimize calls to quoting services.

Applying

If you proceed to apply, your entered data populates the protected application on carriers' framework, which governs its own privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-authorized insurance agency (License 0B75129), oversees the entire application.

The contact form

The contact tool requests your name, email address, phone (if you prefer), how we should reply, what topic it concerns, and your question. We transmit it to the agency's email; your email becomes the return address. This website keeps no copy, maintains no submission directory and logs nothing regarding message substance. A lightweight security check runs in your web browser before transmission.

Measurement

This website tracks usage through a first-party, code-free measurement service hosted from the same domain. Cookies and fingerprinting tools are not used; two octets of your IP are obscured prior to storage; search strings in prior site links are deleted; original server logs expire after 90 days. If your browser communicates Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no data is captured.

What we do not do

We do not purchase, rent or share user information, run targeted ads, or import external analytics. The one external program is the carriers' secure app on the application page, which loads solely when you visit there.
